I have been a customer for a couple of years and have always hed excellent technical support. This time however, I could not transfer control; of the computer to the PCeSupport technician. So Michael B. walked me through step-by-step until the problem was eliminated. It was a virus that caused an instability in all programs where any action would cause a random move to another file. The problem was very unique, and the total time required was over 2-hours, but Michael stayed with it until the virus was eliminated. My thanks to a true professional and to PCeSupport for good service.

PC eSupport was hugely successful in fixing a really difficult and serious computer contamination problem. He was quick, extremely efficient, and friendly. His courtesy and relaxed approach was very important to me because I am such a computer ignoramus and was totally stressed out by this unusual occurance. I rely on my computer to make my living (marketing of my travel photography) and it was their quiet reassurance that brought me down to earth and made me feel that I was finally in good hands.
